| (left) I believe this photo heralded the advent of the birth of Prince Everett Roy in late 1927. Fat lady Amanda "Jolly Irene" Seibert and husband George, talker with the Dreamland Circus Sideshow, acted as godparents to "the first albino known to have a parent and grandparent also albinos." That would be Minnie, King's wife, 3rd from left holding the little Prince. |

| In 1894 the Roy's had their first and only child and christened him King Charles, possibly in honor of Charles I as king of Scotland. He was promoted as being the first albino child born of albino parents in the USA because at the time it was thought that albino parents always had normal-pigmented children. King Roy was married in 1926 to his first cousin Minnie Belle Wiser, the daughter of his uncle George. The couple had nine children, six of whom had the albino trait. King retired from circus life in 1932. He died in 1980 at the age of 86 in Jamestown, Pennsylvania. |
