HUGO MARCUS
						Perhaps this gentleman would never had come to the world's attention except his photo was listed for sale in the Kobel catalog with this simple description:    "Hugo Marcus, armless man holding a cigar in his mouth with the aid or means of a foot."     Hugo was from Leipzig, Germany and I found a record of him arriving in the U.S. in 1925 I assume for show business purposes as he listed his occupation as "artist".
