I don't know the medical term or terms for this Frenchwoman's condition.  Though her limbs were stunted and malformed she seems well-adjusted nevertheless.  At first glance she appears to have supernumerary digits but upon closer examination it is seen that she has the normal compliment it's just that they're shorter than normal, perhaps some phalanges are missing.
